Collecting Process
We are collecting the rice bran and rice polish all over the inland. Our popular collection base situated at.
Polonnaruwa, Anuradapura,Thissamaharam, Abillipitya,Galligamuwa, Kekkerava, Dabulla,Maradagahamla,Akkareipathuwa, Kalmune, Trincomaleae, Natthandiya…
Transport
All of our collecting agent transport all the raw material them self to our main transition stores. When transport the raw material all the precaution for protect the material very essential. When they reach the store we are check the any physical damage to material due to long distance traveling. Then after we are start our daily quality checking procedure.
The agents in the all over the island should be collect raw material whiting 3 day that they produce.
Packing.
The agents should be pack all the raw material using p.p. Woven sack bag for 39 -40 kg.
DELIVERY OF RAW MATERIALS.
The agent/supplier shall deliver the goods to the place of our store on working days between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Loss or damage in transit.
Any loss or damage to the goods during transportation will be borne by the supplier only. He shall be responsible for making claim, if any, against the carriers or against his insurers.
. Weighment.
The goods shall be weighed at the buyer's factory or weighbridge recognized by the buyer at the buyer’s option. The supplier's representative must be present at the time of weighment; otherwise the buyer shall have the right to weigh the goods in his absence. In such case that weighment shall be considered as the final one and shall be accepted by the suppliers. The commodities will be accepted on net weight basis by deducting the weight of packing materials in the following manner:
Rejected goods.
The supplier at his own expense should remove Goods rejected by the buyer within one week on receipt of the rejection advice. The supplier will checkup with buyer about analysis report if not received within one month from the date of delivery. In case the seller fails to remove the rejected goods within the stipulated time, the buyer has the right to deal with the goods in any manner he deems fit and buyer is entitled to recover the storage charge |
